The Men's Glee Club

Prof. Allen Crowell, Director

The Men's Glee Club is the oldest choral group on campus and is open to all UGA men without audition. The 80-voice ensemble concentrates on literature for male voices from all periods of music history, sacred and secular, serious and light.

Director Allen Crowell has a long tradition of working with male choruses, most notably during his 15-year tenure as director of the United States Army Chorus in Washington D.C.

The Accidentals is a group of 12 men selected from the Men's Glee Club by audition. They can be serious or not so serious -- singing a repertoire from early glees and catches to current pop and barbershop. Much more information about the Accidentals can be found here.
