  Who: Famous jazz pianist and noted composer Dave Brubeck, will be in residence with Russell Gloyd (conductor) and the Dave Brubeck Quartet

  Who: Dave Brubeck, Russell Gloyd, and the Dave Brubeck Quartet will perform with baritone Frederick Burchinal, the Concert Choir, University Chorus, and Symphony Orchestra

  What: The Light in the Wilderness: This performance will celebrate the 40th anniversary year of Dave Brubeck's first oratorio and major work as a composer

  What: Variety of repertoire including music of Hall Johnson in honor of the 120 th anniversary year of his birth. Composer Hall Johnson was born in Athens , Georgia

April 21-24, Monday-Wednesday
  Event: Jacqueline Horner Residency: Jacqueline Horner, soprano and member of Anonymous 4, will hold a three-day residency during which she will work with members of the choirs and the Collegium Musicum, as well as perform a solo recital.

  What: Ensembles are featured all-day Friday and Saturday. Friday night's concert will feature an all-star combo made up of the guest clinicians on the Twilight Stage in Downtown Athens.
